The staff wasn't friendly at all. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub but all the jets didn't work. It was some kind of ribbon-cutting event so when trying to enjoy the hot tub and pool every two seconds someone was walking around because they were playing a clue game. If I had known about the event I would have chosen another hotel

The staff and GM were outstanding! Pool was closed due to renovations, I had young children with me, and the GM discounted and upgraded the room to give the little one's space to play to help occupy their time due to no pool. We were babysitting for their mom was delivering. All staff felt like family asking how things were daily. Staff in the halls greets with a hello. Breakfasts were hot and a large variety daily. Location was central to everything. Walmart, Mall, and many restaurants within walking or one mile. Safe, clean, comfortable! We will be back and come here every visit in the future. Thank you, Ms Rose the GM is an engaged manager and cares, about your stay.

There were roaches in the kitchen. My husband and I both seen them crawling around on the counter tops. Unfortunate as it is I didn't see them anywhere else in the room.

The room was nice, except for the view outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. The best being the friendliness of the manager who asked my opinion of breakfast.
